But for the massive sums of money that we see these coaches making, they don't need to be making bonehead decisions. That's what this is all about, bonehead decisions.

All you have to do is look around at college football. There is Alabama, and then there's everybody else. Clemson, Ohio State, Oklahoma, they all are very beatable. They've had their moments in the Sun but they're not all that right now.

When an exceptional player like Trevor Lawrence comes along, it elevates your program for a period of time. We saw that with Michael Vick. But when we didn't have him we had sustained consistency. We actually started seeing some sustained success before he came along.

We have sustained mediocrity now, and a lot of that comes from poor decisions, poor planning, and poor execution, which goes to poor coaching.
